Warranty Policy


We believe your jewelry should last—and we stand behind the quality of our pieces. That’s why we offer a warranty that’s clear, fair, and designed with your everyday wear in mind.


1-Year Warranty on Manufacturing Defects


All of our jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing faults or structural defects that affect the wearability or appearance of the item.


What this includes:

Broken clasps, chains, or posts due to faulty construction

Stones that fall out due to improper setting

Cracks or breaks in the metal that occur without signs of misuse

Loose connections between components (e.g., charms, links)


We will repair or replace the item free of charge if the issue falls under warranty.



60-Day Accidental Damage Coverage


We get it—life happens. If your jewelry is accidentally damaged within 60 days of delivery, we’ll offer one free replacement or repair, no questions asked.


This includes:

Snapped chains

Bent or broken ring bands

Dislodged stones

Any visible damage from day-to-day accidents


After the first 60 days, accidental damage is no longer covered under warranty, but we’ll still offer affordable repair or replacement options.



What’s Not Covered


To keep things fair, here’s what our warranty doesn’t cover:

General wear and tear (minor scratches, fading, tarnishing)

Damage caused by water, sweat, chemicals, or cosmetics

Lost or stolen jewelry

Items that have been altered or repaired by third parties

Damage from improper storage or extreme force



Important Note on Adjustable Rings


Our adjustable rings are made to gently flex for a better fit, but they must be handled carefully.

Avoid opening and closing them repeatedly.

Do not overstretch or over-tighten.


Breakage caused by over-adjustment is not covered under warranty, as it’s considered misuse.



How to Make a Warranty Claim


To submit a claim:

1. Email [your email or contact form link]

2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and the issue, and a short explanation

3. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days with next steps


Depending on the situation, we’ll either:

Repair the item

Send a replacement

Offer store credit if the item is no longer available, or refund depending on the situation
